Do you can do infill? (for nails and lashes)

💅 Nail Infills – If your gel extensions or builder gel have grown out, we can refill & rebalance them instead of doing a full new set. This keeps your nails strong and looking fresh!
👁 Lash Infills – If your lash extensions have started shedding (typically after 2-3 weeks), we can fill in the gaps to keep them looking full and fluffy without needing a full removal and reapplication.

What are your Booking Policies?
To ensure a smooth experience for you and all our clients, please take note of the following booking policies:
✔ Complete the booking form with full details. If you need removal, custom designs, or special requests, please include them in your booking.
✔ Be specific with your service selection. For example, if you want Gel-X Extensions, don’t just write “nails” or “nail art.” The more details you provide, the better we can prepare for your appointment!
✔ Punctuality is a must! Bali traffic is no joke, babe! Arrive at least 10 minutes early or on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to move your appointment to the next available slot or cancel it to avoid delaying the next client.
✔ Changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute changes affect our scheduling, so please let us know ASAP if you need to adjust your appointment.
✔ No-shows without prior notice will result in being blocked from future bookings. We value our time and yours, so if you ghost us, we may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
