Beauté Bar is Bali’s leading nail and lash salon and we’re growing fast. With a clear vision to expand into multiple outlets and launch new beauty experiences, we’re building the most iconic beauty brand in Bali. Our aesthetic is minimal, clean, warm, and social-media ready. Our team is friendly, professional, and obsessed with delivering both quality service and standout online content.

We’re now looking for a Creative & Social Media Manager who’s not just good with content, but great with storytelling, execution, trends, and strategy. If you’re someone who has made viral content before, works fast, has a great visual eye, and loves the beauty world, this role is for you.

1. Content Creation & Execution

• Plan, create, and publish high-performing content across Instagram (feed, reels, stories), TikTok, and Pinterest

• Shoot and edit real-time content from the salon

• Lead all content capture: nails, lashes, press-ons, new services…

• Work efficiently: 6+ engaging stories per day, daily reels/tiktok content, and consistent feed posts

• Direct and assist in creating viral-worthy campaigns with humor, storytelling, or trends

2. Creative Direction & Branding

• Maintain strong brand consistency: color palette, tone of voice, visual aesthetics

• Build a content calendar monthly with campaigns, promos, events, and launches

• Suggest creative angles, shoot ideas, and innovative formats

3. Trend Awareness & Viral Potential

• Stay on top of Bali & global TikTok/Instagram trends

• Pitch content ideas based on trending audios, memes, formats, beauty challenges

• Follow what other top salons, spas, and lifestyle brands are doing, and do it better

4. Engagement & Performance

• Track content performance (views, saves, shares, comments) and adjust strategy

• Collaborate with Marketing Director (hired later) to align content with business goals

Must-Have:

• Proven experience managing viral Instagram or TikTok content (personal brand or other businesses)

• Portfolio or Instagram handle showing your previous visual/content work

• Strong knowledge of social media growth strategies, IG algorithm, TikTok trends

• Able to shoot with Iphone + edit with CapCut or Adobe tools

• Passion for beauty industry: nails, lashes, skincare, lifestyle

• High taste level in visuals, design, and storytelling

• Proactive, efficient, and fast, able to produce a high volume of content weekly

• Based in Bali full-time, with flexibility to visit all Beauté Bar outlets

Bonus Points:

• Background in content creation for salons, fashion, wellness, or beauty brands

• Experience working with influencers or managing influencer collaborations

• Photography/videography or design skills

• English-speaking + Bahasa + French
